Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch
– Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
– To cancel, kindly email us at saikalyaancreationselite@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 9841695164 with your order number.
– A full refund will be processed for cancellations made within this timeframe.
After Dispatch
– Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Return Policy
As our products are handmade, customised, and delicate, we accept returns only in the following cases:
Eligible Returns
– You received a damaged product
– You received the wrong item
– A major visible defect in the product
Required for return request:
– A 360-degree unboxing video (without cuts — mandatory)
– Clear photographs of the item and defect
– Returns must be requested within 24 hours of delivery
Not Eligible for Returns
– Minor variations in colour, size, finish, or texture
– Damages after delivery due to improper handling
– Customised / personalised orders
Replacement & Refund
Replacement
– If approved, a free replacement of the same item will be sent.
Refund
– Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible.
– Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
